Nobera Chowdhury is a Counsellor and Life Coach, assisting Muslim women in experiencing higher levels of happiness & contentment and lower levels of stress. She has worked with hundreds of women from around the world for over 9+ years to learn, heal and grow through one on one counselling and life coaching as well as online and live workshops. Her goal is to support women manage their stress, anger, anxiety and feelings of depression so they could strengthen their self-worth and confidence, and create the life and relationships they want that is pleasing to Allah. She holds an Honours Bachelor of Psychology and Sociology from University of Toronto, Diploma in Social Service Work from Centennial College, Life Coaching Certification from DiscoverU and continues to take trainings and seminars. Nobera lives in Toronto, Canada with her husband and two children. Her self-care must haves are hot yoga and journaling.

Nazima Qureshi is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Muslimah Nutrition Expert dedicated to helping Muslim women live healthier and happier lives. She provides services exclusively for Muslim women in order to create a haven where they can feel comfortable and confident as she goes on this journey with them to a healthier lifestyle.Her philosophy is to live a healthy lifestyle that includes enjoying all foods as well as enjoying being physically active.  She uses a non-diet approach, which always includes dessert! She received her Bachelors of Applied Science in Nutrition and Food from Ryerson University and her Masters of Public Health in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Toronto. She also completed her Physical Activity: Assessment and Promotion Certificate from Ryerson University. Nazima loves developing new recipes with her own South Asian flair, enjoying the outdoors with her husband and daughter, and using baking as a form of self-care therapy.
